How To Configure Microsoft Outlook
Below are instructions on how to configure your Microsoft Outlook 2007 POP3 account for our mail servers. If after going through the screenshots below you still need help please email us or call our office for further assistance.
Not all computers come with Outlook 2007 which is a part of the Microsoft Office package. If you need to buy a copy of Outlook consider picking up Microsoft Office from Amazon which will include everything you need.
Step One
Click on Start button and go to your Control Panel icon. Double click the mail icon and select "E-mail Accounts" from the menu than from the Email Accounts window select "New."
Step Two
Select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP and click the next button.

Step Three
On this window select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click the next button.

Step Four
Select "Internet E-mail" and click the "Next" button.

Step Five
Here you will need to enter your name, email address and password. Also be sure to enter the incoming and outgoing mail servers exactaly as they are listed below. Once you have entered this information and click the More Settings button.

- Outgoing Mail - mail.snapinmedia.com

Step Six
Enter an account name, company name and reply e-mail address here. After that click the Outgoing Server tab.

Step Seven
This is your final step and all you have to do is select the box for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and click the ok button.
